How does Tele-Medicine work?
Activate or login to your LIVING 2.0 Essentials Premium account and click ACCESS next to the Tele-Medicine icon, then register on our partners’ platform and add your dependents (if you have any).
To schedule a session, open the Tele-Medicine app. Next, you’ll identify the reason you’re seeing a doctor. Then, choose an appointment time—or request an immediate visit.
How much do Tele-Medicine services cost?
With Tele-Medicine there is a $0 co-pay for visits, available 24/7/365 with an average wait time of 6 minutes.
Can Tele-Medicine share results of a visit with my primary care physician?
Yes. With your consent, we can share any of your Tele-Medicine visit results with your primary care physician.
*New subscriptions purchased by the 12th of the month are activated by the 15th of the month. New subscriptions purchased by the 25th of the month are activated by the 1st of the following month. All appointments dependent on availability in your state. Wait times may be longer than normal.
